Company Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is comprised of four principles. These principles define who we are as a company and what is expected of us.

We select our clients and engagements responsibly. Our due diligence guides our decision making when choosing clients and engagements. We serve only clients that we’re competent to serve, who demonstrate ethical and legal compliance, and whose standards are compatible with our Code of Conduct.

We provide only services we’re professionally capable of delivering. We collaborate to bring the necessary skills and innovation to our work. We deliver on our commitments. Our reputation is defined by trust, integrity and achieving high quality value. Our continued success means upholding professional standards, adhering to applicable laws and regulations and fulfilling ethical obligations while delivering high quality, innovative work.

Confidentiality

We are committed to handling our clients’ and our company’s most sensitive and matters with strict confidence. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of information of our clients, and others with whom we do business. We protect personal and other confidential information in all forms. We collect, store, use, transmit, and dispose of personal and other confidential information in a way that’s transparent, promotes trust, and adheres to laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate. We gather, use and keep personal, client and other confidential information only if we have a legitimate reason to do so. Access to this information is provided only as permitted.

We protect the information and physical and electronic assets that we have access to. This includes protecting them from malicious threats and accidental loss. We secure all paper and electronic records and keep them for only the prescribed period of time.

All colleagues are expected to know, understand, commit to, and comply with Our Code, and we expect others working at our request, such as associates, advisers, and suppliers, to act in a manner consistent with Our Code. Any time you see, suspect, or learn about activity that violates Our Code, you have a duty to speak up and report your concern.
