Case Study : Clinical Evaluation

  “I was asked, as part of my role, to do some clinical evaluation reports. The level of the work required was more in-depth than I had needed to do previously, and I wasn’t aware of all the latest requirements. I come from a clinical standpoint, I haven’t had so much experience on the regulatory side, and this is where the expertise and understanding of my coach came in so useful.

What happened is that I would draft a paper, and my JReg coach would review what I had done and provide feedback on areas of improvement. They didn’t tell me what to do, but they guided me and confirmed when I was on the right path.

I am now able to write a paper from start to finish, I understand the process and don’t need to be led through it. More than that I can write in a more efficient way, and we don’t need to keep going back and forth with drafts.

Having experienced coaching it is definitely something I would recommend to other colleagues”
